A day to call your own

Choose the morning that suits your group. Olea sets the table by the sea on Playa El Estillero for lunch and a leisurely afternoon. Your operator handles the excursion; we prepare a proposal for 15 to 40 guests.

From Samaná Bay to a table for sharing the experience.

  1. Morning: whale watching departure from Samaná with your operator.
  2. Lunch: arrive at Olea for the group menu.
  3. Afternoon: linger by the sea.

Samaná (Santa Bárbara): about 50 min by car. The usual season runs from mid-January to late March; the Ministry of Environment sets the official dates each year.

  2. Lunch: a group table at Olea on Playa El Estillero.
  3. Afternoon: linger over the meal by the sea.

Can we use the pool?

Events beside the pool are only for groups staying at Amares Hotel & Residences. Other groups use Olea’s seaside pavilion.
