How it works

- Tell us whether to send the PDF to you or directly to the recipient.
- Our team contacts you on WhatsApp to arrange payment. Once confirmed, we issue and deliver the PDF according to the agreed plan.

Terms
- Valid for 12 months from issue, until the last day of that month. The exact expiry date appears on the voucher.
- Applied to the total bill, including ITBIS and the legal tip.
- Single use. If you spend less, the difference is not refunded; if you spend more, you pay the difference.
- Show the code when you arrive and we will tell you what it covers.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers range from RD$ 2,000 to RD$ 25,000. Contact us for larger amounts or corporate gifts.

Do I pay online?
No. When you send your request, we show you the details to pay by bank transfer; you can also pay at the restaurant. We issue the voucher once the payment reaches our account.
When is the voucher sent?
Once the payment reaches our account, we issue the voucher, our management seals it, and we send the PDF to you or directly to the recipient, as you choose. The direct delivery date is a preference: if payment is delayed, we will agree on another.
How long is it valid?
For 12 months from issue, until the last day of that month. The exact expiry date appears on the voucher.
Can I use it over several visits?
No: it is single-use and is applied to the total bill. When you arrive, our team will tell you what it covers so you can make the most of it.
Can I choose another amount?
Yes, from RD$ 2,000 to RD$ 25,000 in steps of RD$ 500. Contact us for larger amounts or corporate gifts.
